Local lumber, clay & sand from with in 10 miles of the site (some on site!), hand quarried local stone, plaster lath made from invasive species, Foam Free, cork insulation in floor. A 400sqft ADU in the heart of Greensboro, NC. A collaboration between Hearth Design Build and Inhabit: Sustainable Living Solutions. Foam-free envelope with natural cork siding/insulation. It was featured in the FYI Network's "He Shed, She shed".
